Mark's expertise in structuring various transactions is a result of completing over 850 leases representing in excess of eight million square feet. Mark is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and CoreNet. Mark is a Baltimore native who is active in community affairs. He is a graduate of Denison University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Urban Studies. |

HOURIGAN received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola College in Baltimore in 1995 and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore in 1998. He was admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1998 and was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia in 2001. Mr. Hourigan has a general practice, with a concentration in corporate law, business law, business litigation and real estate. |
