EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: UNDERSTANDING YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE IN A NON-PROFIT MINISTRY

Presented by The Ambassador Foundation

Understanding yourself is one of the first key steps in successfully managing relationships and leading others. This session will be examining the Biblical concepts of emotional intelligence and focus our learning on becoming more effective leaders, by using practical principles from the Kolbe Institute.

The Ambassador Foundation serves hundreds of Christian organizations and their stewardship partners from its offices at Lancaster Bible College. Among their services is the “Development Tool Box,” a coaching program for Christian non-profit organizations now being offered in the Greater Baltimore area.

Leading this program will be Stu Levey and Robert Teague. Mr. Levey retired as the Vice President of Administration for Taylor Wharton (a division of Harsco/Teledyne), and brings a wealth of knowledge to the understanding and testing of emotional intelligence. Mr. Teague is the Executive Director of Ambassador Foundation, with experience in establishing programs to benefit and support Christian non-profit organizations.
